Refund policy
We have a customer friendly 15 days return & exchange policy for all our products, except for winter wear products, where it will be 7 days return & exchange :
Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order gets shipped. Please log into your account and click on the "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

Cancellation can be taken up within 24 hrs of order placement.
Return & Refund Policy:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, email us at hello@voltedgestore.com mentioning your Order ID, Email ID used to place the order and your Phone Number. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request via the link provided below. We will review your request, call for additional information if required, and arrange to pick up from your doorstep, post approval of request.

Kindly note that return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

Post raising the return request and allocation of return pickup facility, if you are unable to provide the return to the courier pickup guy within 48 hours, then no refund would be made.

When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.

Once the product is received back to our warehouse, we will review it as per our approval guidelines to ensure that it is in non-used good condition. Refund will be processed within 4-7 days after the approval of returned product.

While it is not our intention to withhold your money, we humbly request you to not return the products post usage or damage.
- All prepaid order refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For all Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be processed manually by the brand and sent to the customer’s preferred payment method within 2 weeks of the returned product being received by us.
- The return and exchange shipping cost will be borne by the brand.
Apart from the conditions mentioned above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Any product that exhibits physical damage / usage

If the product is customized for you

If the Return or Exchange is requested after 15 days of receiving the shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- All points mentioned above apply for an exchange transaction too.
- Additionally, if you want to exchange the product you ordered for, with another
product of higher price, we will give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code to place another order and pay the difference amount on your new purchase. - If you want to exchange your product with another product of
lower price, we will ship the product as soon as we receive it and the difference balance would be given in the form of credit note / refund. - Kindly note that return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
- Also, no discounts will be given on exchange orders.
